Capacity Building of the students and empolyees is at its peak at Rana University owing to the hard word, dedication and commitment of the top management. To further the cause of Rana University which is to build an educated but skilled nation, the Capacity Building Department in collaboration with the Faculty of Economics, organized a practical seminar on "Job Interview Skills" especially attracting the interest of the final semester students from all the four faculties. The master trainers focused on topics of significance for all the attendees. They skilfully and practically explained job skills related to the respective and most demanded fields. The attendees of the seminar took high interest in learning the art of writing Cover Letter; Job Search Techniques on websites, CV/Resume writing and Interview skills. The main objective of the seminar was to engage the students in practical activities and the students participated in mock interviews, applying the skills practically during and after the seminar. Rana is surely moving towards building an academically strong and practically efficient society.
