The seminar aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding of professional ethics, organizational values, accountability, mutual respect, effective communication, and teamwork. It also highlighted the importance of ethical conduct and professional responsibility in building healthy workplace relationships and improving organizational effectiveness.
Throughout the seminar, participants explored key topics, including the role of ethics in organizational decision-making, the impact of professional behavior on employee performance, conflict resolution, administrative discipline, honesty, integrity, and collaborative teamwork.
Particular emphasis was placed on adherence to ethical standards, commitment to professional duties, respect for colleagues, and the role of constructive workplace behavior in enhancing productivity, strengthening interdepartmental coordination, and achieving institutional goals.
